The Foundation promotes health and recreation for the residents of Manhattan through joint funding efforts, special projects, and support programs for the enhancement of our facilities, parks, and services throughout the community. The Manhattan Park Foundation is always looking corporate sponsors, community donors, and for motivated and passionate community members to serve on the Board, be a Foundation or committee member, and volunteer behind the scenes or at community-wide events. How Our Team Works
Volunteers are a valued resource and integral Park District team members! Park District volunteers give back to the community by coaching youth teams, helping at special events, preserving our parks and natural resources, serving on our Foundation, and in so many other ways.
